"The fabric shrinks..." Our spiral cylinders are the solution.

Our spiral spreader rollers are a rugged, compact and versatile solution to avoid the formation of wrinkles during the processing of web-like surfaces.

Made entirely of 304/316 stainless steel, they are pratically maintenance-free and can work for a long time even in aggressive environments.

The number of starts, the pitch of the coils and the geometry of the wire can be fully customized according to the Customer's needs. Available from Ø80 to Ø260 and 3600 mm maximum usable length.

These features respect our tradition of simplicity and reliability and make our rollers suitable for a wide range of machinaries and fabric: from the most traditional to the most delicate without forgetting the synthetic. Being compact and space-saving, the rollers can be installed easily.

The fixing pins consist in a double flanged shaft, one internal and one external (to ensure maximum stability) and can be customized as well

• Made of AISI 304 body and AISI 316 wire;
• Ideal for corrosive environments;
• Hand assembled, balanced and refined to guarantee the finest quality 
• Available from Ø80 to Ø260, with a maximum table length of 3600 mm;
• The fixing pins, the number of turns, the pitch of the coils, and the wire geometry are fully customizable;
