Third-Party machining

Since the early beginning, third-party machining have always been the core-business of our Company.

We machine in both subcontracting or full-supply mode stainless steel, carbon steel, Duplex and super-alloys for the production of mechanical components according to Customer's design. This is our mission, carried out with reliability and professionalism, for over 30 Years.

Our Customers spreads from valve, mixers and pumps manufacturers to industrial plants and machineries constructor for: sanitary, food & beverage and pharma purpose.

Cutting - Raw materials

We are equipped with cutting-edge automatic sawing machines, also with pulse cutting, that allow us to cut by our selves bars or pipes up to diameter 430 and maximum length of 6000 mm.

Wherever is more convenient, we can also rely on a wide list of qualified supplier from which we can buy shaped raw material (plasma/laser/water) cutting, forged parts or semi-finished products.
All purchased material is identified with a batch number and inspected according to a specific control plan, before beeing put available for production.

Workshop - Lathing

Our workshop can rely on 12 CNC horizontal lathes, with different dimensions and features, that allow us to machine with a good flexibility components starting from D30 up to D680: Among them we can find several lathes with motorized tools and 4 controlled axis, other with double chuck and turret, and other with automatic loader (bar feeder or robot) used for biggest batches.

This differentiation allow us to cover a wide range of products, from the most simple to the most complex, with a good quality/price ration on small but also on medium batches

Machinery list

Drilling - Milling

The workshop can also rely on 5 milling-centre, including one setted up with multi-pallet, for biggest batches, and another with 5 controlled axis, for most complex machining. With our biggest milling-centre, we can cover up to 1400x800x700 mm machining area and with the 4th axe we can perform radial machining (i.e. drilling or milling of split-body valves) up to D500 mm.

Similar to Lathes, also on milling side, the choice of investments has been leaded by the aim to reach the best competitivity on small to medium batches.
