CDI (Stainless steel slat cylinder) DIM

CDR (Aluminum-rubber slat cylinder) DIM CDR

< CDI FEATURES:

Internal and external core in AISI 304 and slats in AISI 316;

Pads in acetal resin for use up to 85 °C; upon request, pads in PTFE + Graphite for use up to 190 °C;

Available in Ø120 table 1300-2500 mm, and Ø150 table 1750-3600 mm;

Ideal for use in humid and/or aggressive environments;

CDR FEATURES:

Internal and external core in AISI 304 and slats in aluminum-rubber;

The rubber used in the standard configuration is: Red Silicon Rubber SR70/T-Vapor. It is possible, for special requests, to provide the rubber requested by the customer;

Pads in acetal resin for use up to 85 °C; upon request, pads in PTFE + Graphite for use up to 190 °C;

Available in Ø174 table 1300-2600 mm;

Ideal for use in dry environments and where high adhesion with the fabric is required;

COMMON FEATURES:

Rollers in PTFE + Graphite;

Also available in "double crown" version;

Total absence of bearings;

Slats slide exclusively on the pads;

Manual or motorized control;

Customized fixing pins according to customer requirements;
